Full-flavoured and strong, this cheese is suitable for vegetarians. It's made with full-fat milk and with a rind washed in Perry, an alcoholic drink made with Stinking Bishop pear - hence the name!  

Ingredients: Pasteurised Cows Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Freeze Dried Starter Cultures, Preservative Natamycin, E235, Pear Cider and Red Smear Culture.
